Initially created in September 2015, each new board provides input, advice and feedback to the CMSWire editorial staff and the DX Summit event staff.
CMSWire CX Research Board
The Customer Experience Research Board consists of business leaders who are involved in developing and managing the customer experience programs in their organizations. The purpose of the board is to conduct industry research on the emergence and development of customer experience technologies and best practices, and to connect customer experience professionals to relevant and timely research.
